The design is centered around a large smoky quartz in a warm brown tone. Flowing polished metal lines wrap around the central stone, creating an expressive organic silhouette. Smaller stones in a matching shade are set into recessed areas of the composition, adding brilliance and emphasizing the movement of the form.
Task
The goal was to create a ring with an organic structure in which the central gemstone blends naturally with the setting and surrounding stone arrangement. Particular attention was given to smooth transitions, the visual balance of the asymmetrical composition, and the secure placement of the main stone.
Production
The central gemstone is partially recessed into the setting and secured by metal elements integrated into the overall shape. Smaller stones are set into prepared areas on both sides of the center. Production requires careful control of the metal thickness around the main seat, access for stone setting, spacing between the smaller stones, and the polishing quality of the complex internal transitions.
